氯气Cl2检知管 109U CHLORINE 臭氧浓度需要达到20-30mg/m3；如果是对10万级、万级、局部百级洁净度的车间消毒时，臭氧浓度须达到30-100mg/m3。在对包装材料进行臭氧熏蒸消毒时，消毒室/柜内空气中的臭氧浓度一般在50-200mg/m3之间；在对生鱼片、虾仁等水产品进行臭氧水浸泡消毒时，水中臭氧浓度一般在0.8-1.0ppm之间
